I highly recommend this place of business..we called and talked to Lisa who was very professional and nice and gave us a lot of help..the plumbers that showed up were very professional and did a beautiful job putting in an excess door..working on our walk in tub and putting in our new hot water tank..they did it in a timely manner the people are great to talk to and they cleaned up their mess..I love this place.

We had a commercial water heater installed. They had a really big and inconvenient job with issues from flooding. No elevator, cramped workspace, a lot of stuff to move. I was impressed that the team was so nice and kept a great attitude through the entire day. My staff commented on it multiple times also. We’ve never had that experience with a vendor, it’s usually the opposite like we’re a big inconvenience in the face of an emergency. We were just really happy with it. Have been really solid so far.
I recently used this company for repairs on my older home. I can’t say enough good things about these guys every contact from scheduling an estimate, the estimate, and repairs - EVERYONE I had contact with was wonderful, super nice and very experienced. I expected some issues to arise just from having an older home but they knew what to do and where to look for ‘those’ parts. I would recommend them highly and will use again and again. Special thanks to Josh-I hope your boss knows how great you and your team are!
Justin was the tech who came out and did a seamless job of replacing our kitchen faucet. It was straightforward, prompt, and we were pleased with the service provided.

My garbage disposal went bad and started leaking heavily under the sink. They were able to come out as soon as possible to get it replaced and the guys who came to fix it were very professional and quick to fix the problem! Highly recommend!

Awoke to realize we had no hot water. Since the gas heater was 25y/o, figured, it was time to RIP. Phoned Tom Sondergeld Plumbing at my daughter’s suggestion at 7am. By 8:30a, a technician, Jack, arrived. By 11:30, old was removed, code upgrades for gas lines, and drainage were met, and new water heater retrieved, and installed. Voila! We were back in business. Guess where our stimulus money was spent?! Grateful for the fantastic, efficient, pleasant service rendered during quarantine! . Will definitely phone them for any future needs!

They were able to send someone out same day I called! I explained to Josh the toilet issues ( waterline leaking from wall , something wrong inside tank) he looked at it and knew exactly how to fix. And he also installed my New kitchen faucet. Very nice polite person. Thanks Josh!

Adding a shampoo bowl to my existing bath and body shop is financially life changing for me, so choosing the right plumber mattered more than I can explain. I was having some issues with my garbage disposal, and they were able to get in very quick, they were extremely professional and got right to work, the two men that came were in and out and everything worked perfectly after. We had a Friday afternoon 5:00 p.m. plumbing disaster. Shower. toilets, and washer stopped draining. We called and Josh sent Keith right out to our house. In just 25 minutes he arrived, quickly diagnosed our problem and went to work. In under an hour the clog (which was outside our house) was removed and everything was working again! Weekend crisis averted! We did pay for overtime, but it was much less than the cost of a hotel on a weekend with the farm machinery show in town; and so much better than a weekend without plumbing. We will definitely be lifelong Sondergeld clients! Thanks Josh and Keith!
My sump pump in the basement was giving off an awful smell, along with bath water draining out into my backyard instead of through the sewer line. I had three different plumbing companies out to try and figure out what the problem was, and what needed to be done to fix it. Each one told me what they "thought" it might be, but couldn't give me a definitive answer. My neighbor recommended I call Tom Sondergeld plumbing. Tom came out and was able to diagnose the problem, as well as give me a price for the job right then and there. Two weeks later, two of his employees came out to my house and were able to fix it. The issue was a cracked cast iron pipe below the basement floor. One plumbing company told me I'd have to have all the plumbing re-ran and would be somewhere in the range of $2-$3000. That wasn't even the issue, and after it was all said and done it cost me less than $900. I am very impressed with this company, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I recently had the opportunity of utilizing Tom Sondergeld Plumbing at my personal home in St. Matthews, Ky. From the initial conversation with the Dispatcher(Brittney) then working with the Estimator/Mgr(Josh), finally onto the worker bee/plumber(Jacob) they all 3 were phenomenal! Kind, attentive, thorough, and after spending 5 hours working on the issue to get resolved, and expaining it to me Josh/Jacob got it squared away finally. Tom is my personal friend , and when I asked him about blessing my review before I sent - he said say what you think/feel ... good and/or bad. Great job, and I would easily recommend his company , and staff to any of my friends/family/clients!

I recently had a need for a plumber to help with a kitchen sink leak. The care and concern from this group was amazing. I could not be there during the repairs. The technician Kenneth called me a couple times to update me on the progress. I also received a call from the service manager. What a great experience!!!! We had a busted pipe. Leaked water all in the laundry room, under the walls and down through the basement ceiling. Did I mention this was Christmas Eve afternoon on the coldest weekend in my lifetime? I called Tom Sondergeld’s emergency line and Mike answered the call. He came right out and fixed us up! TSP we're great people to work with. I had a leak in my line going to the house and had to turn water off at the meter every time we flushed or showered, what a pain. Even though it was New Years Eve, Jim and Darrell came out in the afternoon and dug that line up and repaired the leak. I had a great time with those two guys they were a lot of fun and I couldn't believe they would do that. I thought the price was reasonable too they kept me from having to manually shut off the water during that 4-day weekend and we really appreciate it. Our thanks to Jim, Darrell, Mark, Kim and everybody else I dealt with.

After speaking on the phone, they gave me a rough idea of the cost. After coming out and talking to me and assessing the work, I was given an estimate. They then did the work in a very professional manner. I had all of my questions answered and am very happy that I chose Tom Sondergeld to replace my old water heater with a tankless system. Highly recommended for anybody needing plumbing work.
