Awoke to realize we had no hot water. Since the gas heater was 25y/o, figured, it was time to RIP. Phoned Tom Sondergeld Plumbing at my daughter’s suggestion at 7am. By 8:30a, a technician, Jack, arrived. By 11:30, old was removed, code upgrades for gas lines, and drainage were met, and new water heater retrieved, and installed. Voila! We were back in business. Guess where our stimulus money was spent?! Grateful for the fantastic, efficient, pleasant service rendered during quarantine! . Will definitely phone them for any future needs!
My garbage disposal went bad and started leaking heavily under the sink. They were able to come out as soon as possible to get it replaced and the guys who came to fix it were very professional and quick to fix the problem! Highly recommend!

I recently had a need for a plumber to help with a kitchen sink leak. The care and concern from this group was amazing. I could not be there during the repairs. The technician Kenneth called me a couple times to update me on the progress. I also received a call from the service manager. What a great experience!!!! I called this company out of desperation to help my mom who was in a REALLY bad spot to the point she wasn’t able to be in her home. Everyone else around us kept telling us it was a septic issue and quoted us $30K. Another plumber volunteered some effort and then disappeared. I finally called Josh and his crew came out to look at job. Everyone we encountered along the way was knowledgeable and took their time explaining everything to my family (ALL my family!) They were professional, personable, and kind to my mom throughout the whole process. They were able to fix 2 seriously clogged pipes, 1 spot located underground in the crawl space, and installed a new cleanout. They showed up on time and stayed till the job was done. It wasn’t a cheap repair but my mom is back in her home and it was penny’s compared to the stress & threat of 30K! That’s priceless. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

My wife and I are just completing a 2 year renovation on our Louisville home. During that period of time we have dealt with dozens of contractors and I recently realized that while I was quick to post negative reviews for the contractors we had problems with, I wasn't quite as diligent in recognizing those that met or exceeded our expectations. We had a bathroom added to our basement by Tom Sondergeld Plumbing. Their estimate was fair, they showed up when they said they would, and they did quality work. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs

TSP Plumbing is amazing! I called them at 10am Saturday and they were at my house 30 minutes later. They were fast and professional! I highly recommend TSP 🙂
I highly recommend this place of business..we called and talked to Lisa who was very professional and nice and gave us a lot of help..the plumbers that showed up were very professional and did a beautiful job putting in an excess door..working on our walk in tub and putting in our new hot water tank..they did it in a timely manner the people are great to talk to and they cleaned up their mess..I love this place.

I recently used this company for repairs on my older home. I can’t say enough good things about these guys every contact from scheduling an estimate, the estimate, and repairs - EVERYONE I had contact with was wonderful, super nice and very experienced. Amazing company. I am the office administrator at Caliber Collision (next door neighbor) and one day, one of our toilets started leaking and so I walked over (which I get most customer's cant do) but they were more than happy to assist us and got us on the calendar for the next day! A technician came by, looked at it, figured out the problem, told us what he had to get to fix it, and came back and fixed it quickly! So happy with the company and definitely will recommend them to anyone. I love being able to work with local companies, thanks again everyone for being so friendly and helpful!

I was having some issues with my garbage disposal, and they were able to get in very quick, they were extremely professional and got right to work, the two men that came were in and out and everything worked perfectly after. We had a commercial water heater installed. They had a really big and inconvenient job with issues from flooding. No elevator, cramped workspace, a lot of stuff to move. I was impressed that the team was so nice and kept a great attitude through the entire day. My staff commented on it multiple times also. We’ve never had that experience with a vendor, it’s usually the opposite like we’re a big inconvenience in the face of an emergency. We were just really happy with it. Have been really solid so far.

TSP we're great people to work with. I had a leak in my line going to the house and had to turn water off at the meter every time we flushed or showered, what a pain. Even though it was New Years Eve, Jim and Darrell came out in the afternoon and dug that line up and repaired the leak. I had a great time with those two guys they were a lot of fun and I couldn't believe they would do that. I thought the price was reasonable too they kept me from having to manually shut off the water during that 4-day weekend and we really appreciate it. Our thanks to Jim, Darrell, Mark, Kim and everybody else I dealt with.

Tom Sondergeld Plumbing replaced my 30 year old shower faucet today. Jim and Laura we ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They took off their shoes every single time they came in and out, they both wore masks, and they both we very personable! Things have been difficult for all of us these last 18 months so meeting two talented, kind, & considerate people was such a joy! The office was extremely pleasant and kept me informed of the arrival of the plumber. The water heater was installed in a way that gave me more room in the laundry room and I never asked for it. And my house was as clean as when they found it. I would highly recommended Tom Sondergeld Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Excellent job.
We had a Friday afternoon 5:00 p.m. plumbing disaster. Shower. toilets, and washer stopped draining. We called and Josh sent Keith right out to our house. In just 25 minutes he arrived, quickly diagnosed our problem and went to work. In under an hour the clog (which was outside our house) was removed and everything was working again! Weekend crisis averted! We did pay for overtime, but it was much less than the cost of a hotel on a weekend with the farm machinery show in town; and so much better than a weekend without plumbing. We will definitely be lifelong Sondergeld clients! Thanks Josh and Keith!
After speaking on the phone, they gave me a rough idea of the cost. After coming out and talking to me and assessing the work, I was given an estimate. They then did the work in a very professional manner. I had all of my questions answered and am very happy that I chose Tom Sondergeld to replace my old water heater with a tankless system. Highly recommended for anybody needing plumbing work.
