Tom Sondergeld Plumbing replaced my 30 year old shower faucet today. Jim and Laura we ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They took off their shoes every single time they came in and out, they both wore masks, and they both we very personable! Things have been difficult for all of us these last 18 months so meeting two talented, kind, & considerate people was such a joy! Soooooo looking forward to my new shower 🚿 and THANKS FOR SENDING JIM & LAURA!
They were fast to come out. Went into great detail explaining to us what the previous homeowners had installed incorrectly, what the building codes were related to our project, needed to be done to get the plumbing up to code and why it needed to be done. Shane was very accommodating and their team did. It leave until the job was complete. Plan on using them for the basement project I’m the coming months.
